Brand new TVs throughout including a 75" TV in the great room. Your family will adore this peaceful semi-soundfront home centrally located in the heart of Corolla Light that offers the tranquility of the soundside with all the amenities of this resort community! Savor sound and sunset vistas from every room plus the Soundside community pool and Indoor Sports center are just steps away! Take the community trolley, or a short walk, to the oceanfront where you can spend the entire day appreciating the beach, community pools, have some lunch or play some of the many activities such as shuffleboard, basketball, volleyball, playgrounds and more!

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a covered outdoor entertainment area with hot tub, bar, TV, seating area, corn hole, park-style charcoal grille, gas grille, picnic table and enclosed outside shower. Entry level.

Mid Level: 2 King Master Bedrooms each with TV, deck access and private bathroom, Queen Bedroom with TV and deck access, Bedroom with a DuoBunk and TV and a full hall bathroom. Laundry area with washer and dryer.

Top Level: Great room with 75" TV, all new furnishings and deck access, kitchen with all new appliances and breakfast bar seating for 5, freshly refreshed half bathroom and the dining area seating 8 with east and west side deck access.

Extras: Hot Tub, 6 TVs (one exterior), high speed internet, picnic table, park style charcoal grille, gas grille, enclosed outside shower, corn hole, hammock, outdoor bar, linens and towels included and Corolla Light Community Conveniences for 9 (Corolla Light is a private community that requires guests to wear wristbands to access community amenities). No Smoking. DOG WELCOME (1 max any size). Full week units only. Beds: 2 Kings, Queen, DuoBunk. House Address: 1051 Hampton Street. Key Type: Keyless Entry. Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are included. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

About the Area

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Corolla Light, a neighborhood in Corolla. Outer Banks Center for Wildlife Education and Wild Horse Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Corolla Adventure Golf and Bumper Cars and Corolla Raceway. Digger's Dungeon - Home of Grave Digger and Flippers Arcade & Variety Store are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Get the best rental home value:

  • In the Currituck area, The earlier you can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The best vacation homes are reserved very early. Booking your vacation property six - twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental home.
  • Summer months are the most expensive season in coastal NC. To get the most suitable rental within budget, we suggest booking in Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite Currituck restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer.
  • Property managers sometimes offer promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your group before you book.
  • Property managers frequently offer renters an option to obtain trip insurance protection.
