Located in the esteemed community of Corolla light, this home features a unique floor plan with an abundance of natural light! This home sits adjacent to the Soundfront community pool, soundfront walking path, the trolley stop (seasonal) and the indoor pool and exercise center.

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a completely gated private pool (heated for a fee), Hot Tub and an outside shower. Inside you'll find the recroom with flat-screen TV, pool table and wet bar with mini-sink, ice maker, full size refrigerator and pool deck access. Bedroom with a DuoBunk with semi-private full bath (second door to the recroom). Laundry area with washer and dryer.

Mid Level 1: Queen Master Bedroom with deck access, Queen Bedroom, Bedroom with 2 Singles and a full hall bathroom.

Mid Level 2: Great room with huge flat-screen TV/DVD, stereo, gas fireplace, kitchen with counter seating for 3, dining area seating 10 and deck access.

Top Level: 2 King Master Bedrooms each with a flat-screen TV and full private bathroom.

Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are included. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

  • Book your rental in the Spring or Fall to enjoy warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowds.   • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can often help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to find the fresh catch of the day, have a great night out, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • Lock your rental home while you're out and about. Protect the owner's property and your things!
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, take a walk through the rental to confirm you've collected everything. Re-check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • Did you have a fantastic vacation? Most rental home management companies make it easy for travelers to provide comments. If your rental property and/or property management company was fantastic, they would love to hear about it.
