Located in the esteemed community of Corolla light, this home features a unique floor plan with an abundance of natural light! This home sits adjacent to the Soundfront community pool, soundfront walking path, the trolley stop (seasonal) and the indoor pool and exercise center.

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a entirely gated private pool (heated for a fee), Hot Tub and an outside shower. Inside you'll find the recroom with flat-screen TV, pool table and wet bar with mini-sink, ice maker, full size refrigerator and pool deck access. Bedroom with a DuoBunk with semi-private full bath (second door to the recroom). Laundry area with washer and dryer.

Linens and towels included at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
