Looking for the perfect rental for your family vacation or getaway?  Look no further!  This 5-bedroom, 4 and a half bath beach house, with bonus outdoor shower, can sleep up to 12 guests comfortably.  Located in the center of everything, you will be equal distance from the beach to the sound to shops to restaurants and other amenities.   Start your day with a round of Pickleball in our gated community, then grab your towel and head down to the beach for some sun and fun!  After a long day on the beach, cool off in your own private pool while listening to your favorite tunes.  After dinner, stroll over to the sound for a magnificent sunset, then stop at the local shops for some ice cream before retreating to the hot tub to gaze up at the stars.   On the ground floor you will find the private pool area, hot tub, gas grill and outdoor speaker system.  This area also includes an outside shower.  Walk inside to the recreation room to enjoy some foosball and TV.  This floor also includes a bunk room that sleeps 4, a queen sleeper sofa and a full hallway bathroom. Walk up the stairs to the mid-level and you will find a den with a TV and a nice sitting area, a primary bedroom with a queen bed and a suite bathroom.  Another bedroom with a TV shares a hall bath with a room with two twin beds and a TV. Making your way to the top floor, enjoy a magnificent meal in the well-appointed kitchen and dining area.  Relax in the great room watching TV or sit on the front deck with a nice book until the sun goes down.  The bonus floor ship’s watch features games, books, and a beautiful panoramic view.
