You'll love the gorgeous ocean view from this spacious (approximately 3700 sq.ft) and tastefully furnished home. Every amenity has been thoughtfully provided for your vacation pleasure and comfort, including an elevator for access to three levels. The great room features a 46-inch LCD HDTV with Blu-ray Disc Player and an entertainment center/wet bar. The well-equipped kitchen and dining room are especially desirable for family gatherings. In addition, the house is handicapped friendly with a garage and an en suite bedroom/bath designed for wheelchair access (3' doors). The provided beach cart will help with transporting all the essentials to and from the beach. Even the beach access is handicap friendly with a sand access easily used by beach wheelchairs. No hauling carloads of groceries or luggage the elevator has access to all three levels. Everyone will enjoy the 14'x28' private pool (which can be heated for an additional fee $550 wk). With a hot tub, large rec room w/ ping pong table, Foosball table, entertainment center with a 70-inch TV home theater and games on the ground floor, this is just the right area for entertaining! The screened-in porch will be a great spot for any meal, and the two levels of extensive decking provide plenty of opportunity for enjoying the ocean views and fresh salt air. Each bedroom on the top and mid-level has deck access and nice views. Deck surfaces are composite material which means no splinters! The Villages at Ocean Hill offers opportunities for family fun, sport, recreation and sheer relaxation. Within the community of the Villages at Ocean Hill, there are two swimming pools for your enjoyment: one on Sandcastle Drive at the oceanfront and one on Lakeside Drive next to the fitness center. In addition to two community pools, the Villages at Ocean Hill amenities also include basketball courts, a playground, and a nature trail. For an additional fee, guests can enjoy access to the fitness center and tennis/pickleball courts.Bed and bath linens are provided as well as beds made for your convenienceLooking for adventure? You are less than a mile from the 4-wheel drive beaches, famous for the roaming wild horses of the Outer Banks! Also, within a mile is Historic Corolla park, where you can climb to the top of the Currituck Lighthouse for a breathtaking view of the island and the Whalehead Club. Spanning three interior and exterior levels, there is plenty of room for everyone to claim their own spot. From the intimate lounge on the first level to the crow's nest way up on the third level, there are plenty of special spaces for the whole group. Surely, though, the whole group will gather together at the 12 x 26 pool in the backyard. There are plenty of Adirondack chairs and loungers. Even a picnic table if you feel like dining al fresco! Take a dip in the bubbling hot tub and feel all your cares melting away... Again, the third level Great Room will surely serve as the central gathering space for the group. Whip up a snack or a full meal in the kitchen, enjoy the view out the breakfast nook window or watch your favorite movie or TV show in the great room with wall-mounted TV. The Blue Heron is just a quick 3-block walk to the wide sandy beaches of Corolla. Be sure to spend some quality family time enjoying nature at its very finest. There's nothing like the aquamarine waters and sugary sands of the Outer Banks. Memories made here are forever. This property has 4 parking spots for guests. **The Blue Heron is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! For a small one-time fee of $135, you can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property.
