LEVEL 1: Our impressive game room has photogenic ocean vistas and a full-sized pool table. Grab some cue sticks and unleash your friendly competitive spirit. A convenient indoor wet bar with a full-sized refrigerator saves a trip to the kitchen, and the handsome granite countertops are ideal for serving cold beers, drinks, and nibbles.

Adjacent to the game room, you’ll find the high-end theater room, with seating for 23 people, surround sound, and a big TV. Whether it’s Movie Nighttime or time for a corporate presentation, you’ll get an experience like no other.

LEVEL 2: Unwind in the cozy family room, which opens out onto the roomy deck. There’s plenty of comfortable seating and a huge flat-screen TV, so it’s a great space to savor a good book or movie. The laundry room is also on this floor.
