Totally remodeled in 2022, Slack Tide is located on a 10-acre lake in a peaceful cul de sac in Ocean Sands. This fun beach home is ideal for a single family or numerous couples looking to get away from it all. Offering 3+ BR/2.5BA there is plenty of room for everybody. Two levels of decks are ideal for sipping coffee in the morning and appreciating a glass of wine in the evening. Beach bungalow chic and 21st century amenities make the kitchen a prepare’s delight. Dinner on the deck is not to be missed.

Slack Tide guests can savor the handsome Ocean Sands community pool located at the south end of the lake. The home backyard is equipped with kayaks and a standup paddle board for exploring the lake. Savor all your favorite outdoor games with a additional room opening to the backyard with a drink refrigerator. The first level deck offers a covered area with hot tub overlooking the lake and rocking chairs for calming. A fast 3 block walk to the beach, take advantage of a enormous beach cart and a generous selection of beach toys and chairs.
