2024 upgrades will include all new beds! All King and queen beds have been replaced with high density gel foam layer beds for exceptional support and a cooler sleeping surface for a great nighttime's sleep on your long-awaited vacation! 2023 Renovations supplied: The kitchen, great room and dining spaces got a professionally designed look to put you in an Outer Banks state of mind. The refreshed kitchen supplied high-end finishes like solid wood cabinetry, extravagant quartz counter tops and new appliances. Stylish hardware and impressive blue back splash add a casual coastal feel to the space. The great room and dining room received all new bespoke furnishings that invite guests to relax in comfort after a long day on the beach. The new wet bar makes entertaining a breeze! The wide open floor plan accepts for hosting sizable hordes of family and friends. In addition to the main floor renovations, updates were done to the primary bathroom and two shared bathrooms. Outdoor entertaining just got easier with the addition of a new outdoor game room and first floor refrigerator with painless access to the pool area. Linens and towels included at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
Private Maintenance: You will have a direct mobile number to reach our private maintenance team if any issues arise during your stay. They also perform an inspection every turnover day to ensure fewer interruptions to your vacation. They also wipe down outdoor pool furnishings, clean the grille, address cobwebs, and tidy up outside for your arrival. Our monthly pest control contract also ensures fewer interruptions during your stay.
