This attractively furnished home offers a well-equipped kitchen for those family gatherings around the breakfast table. Special features include a basketball net, gas grille, screened porch, porch swing, and stereo. Many electronics include a 42" Vizio flat screen T.V. with WiFi offering Netflix and Facebook, a DVD/Blu-ray disc unit, a CD player/radio and bigger TVs in bedrooms.

A game of tennis is available at the community tennis courts so don’t forget your rackets. Located in the trendy section J of Ocean Sands, Tern Inn is located close by the Harris Teeter and the championship Currituck Club golf course.
