The Space:
BookSmart Properties presents: Serenity Now! If you are looking for a hideaway where you can savor the tranquility and calm of beach life, this home has you covered. The top level offers a bright and open living space, where you can watch a movie in the evening or cuddle up with a good book. The kitchen is only steps away, so a snack or cup of coffee are right within reach! The chef of your family will find that the kitchen is updated with modern appliances and everything needed to prepare up fantastic meals for your family, which can be appreciated from the dining table or out on the deck so that you don't miss out on any sunshine. A master bedroom suite completes this top level.

Down the steps you will find a variety of bedrooms, all with private ensuites. They are curated for the ultimate coastal comfort, with beach decor elevating the seashore ambiance. There's a place for everybody to rest and rejuvenate at Serenity Now.

On the ground level there is a rec room with a new pool table, kitchenette with a additional full sized refrigerator, and a bunk bedroom. You can access the exterior amenities from this level. The private pool is surrounded by sunloungers where you can work on your suntan next to the shining pool. A grille is available, which makes for a ideal evening BBQ by the pool. Brand new for 2024 there is also a hot tub (not pictured)!

With your stay at Serenity Now, you will be given up to 12 wrist bands for access to the stellar Corolla Light Resort. Corolla Light features a host of daily scheduled activities and amenities for the entire family. This includes the Oceanfront Complex, complete with the Oceanfront Grille Restaurant, a snack shack, beachfront wait service, three primary pools plus a infant pool, lighted basketball courts, sand volleyball, shuffleboard, two playgrounds, and a putting green. Corolla Light also features many lighted tennis (clay and hardcourt available) and pickleball courts throughout the resort, as well as the northern Outer Banks biggest exercise center with a 25-yard pool, hot tub, sauna, complimentary weights, weight machines, cardio equipment, racquetball, wallyball, table tennis, and more.

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay.
