Level 3: This astounding home is going to stand out from others! Beginning with the massive (3 X the size of other homes this size!) gourmet chef's kitchen on the top level appointed with everything you can imagine! All GE Monogram Commercial appliances include full-size double ovens, a French door top oven, a gorgeous upsized island with bar stools, a microwave, and a prep sink. Equipped with any and every kitchen utensil, gadget, cooking, baking, eating, drinking, and entertaining item you can think of; even a coffee bar station! The sizable dining table will host many family meals or be the ideal setting for evening games! Savor Ocean Vistas from the posh living room featuring a huge screen FRAME TV so guests can view their photos at the end of each day, gas fireplace, and interior design like you've never seen! The top-level king master suite will be the ideal hideaway offering a soaking tub and a handsome tile shower, double vanity, closets with a sitting bench between, and the ideal spot for morning coffee!

Level 2: There are 2 more king master suites and 1 with 2 Twin XL beds on the mid-level, all attractively decorated, as well as, a game room/office with, enormous screen TV, Sonos sound system, desk with printer and huge laundry room with SMART washer/dryer and folding table.

Level 1: The large recreational room is on the ground level which highlights a pool table, TV, bar, and kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, and wet bar! There are also 2 bedrooms (one with a queen and 1 with 2 sets of constructed-in bunk beds...4 beds in total) and a full bathroom (double vanity, tub/shower) on this level. The rec room leads out to the backyard getaway with the private saltwater pool which can be heated for an additional $350 fee! The pool is unique and offers a tanning ledge! Other outdoor amenities include a gas grille, hot tub, tiki bar, with chairs, lounge chairs, TV, and music!!

Other exclusive features include upper and mid-level deck seating, 10 Intelligent TVs, elevator, wireless internet, experience theater-quality sound with SONOS equipment, USB ports throughout, pack-n-play, high chair, and more!

In addition to all of this, you also have use of the Ocean Lake amenities including the Olympic-sized community pool, a separate infant pool, and tennis courts! Getting the most from your spending budget:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. To get the best vacation home within budget, we highly recommend booking in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities.
  • The earlier you can book, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are reserved early. Reserving your rental property six to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and book your vacation home.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Booking websites typically offer renters an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for program terms and fees.
  • Find a copy of your local Currituck area magazine upon arrival. If your rental property doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations.   • Protect the property owner (and your things!) by locking the property when you are gone, just like you would back home.
  • Upon check-out, take a walk-through to confirm you didn't forget any personal items. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • Did your family have a wonderful stay? Most rental websites make it easy for vacationers to provide reviews. If your property and/or property management company was fantastic, they would love to hear it. If anything was wrong and they failed to address it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
