Brand new home for 2018 in Ocean Lakes (Section O of Ocean Sands). Six bedroom, five and a half bath reverse floor plan with ocean vistas. Ground floor contains a cavernous game room with enormous 55" TV, one bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed plus a twin over twin bunk bed, full bath and laundry room with front loading high efficiency washer and dryer. Ground level access to car port from rec room. Private 13x26 pool with plenty of deck space and outdoor shower. Second level contains four bedrooms; One king master with private bath, one queen with private bath, one queen with shared bath and one room with two twin beds with shared bath. All bedrooms on the second level have outdoor access to a deck and their own wall mounted flat screen tv's. Third level is the handsome kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, living room with half bath and a covered porch to relax on. Master bedroom with king size bed, private bath and access direct to deck. This home is just a short two min. walk to the beach access. Also includes guest membership to Ocean Lakes Swim and Tennis Club just a short walk from home.
We provide sheet and towel service EXCLUDING beach towels. (all sheets, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and kitchen towels—beds will be made with sheets upon your arrival and towel sets in the bedrooms).

Premises is restricted to use by Family Groups Only. A family group is defined as parents, grandparents, kids and extended family members visiting in one home. A non-family group is defined as gathering for an event,
unmarried young adults, high school students, college students or any non-family group. EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED: Chaperoned or un-chaperoned non-family groups, fraternities, school or civic groups. ABSOLUTELY NO HOME PARTIES ACCEPTED.

This neighborhood does not allow golf carts.

When to go & When to book:

  • Reserve your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer vacations during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.

  • Property management companies typically offer their guests an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for additional information.

  • Inspect the rental one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, take video of the rental to record its condition.

If your rental property and/or property management company was fantastic, they would love to hear about it. If anything was imperfect and they failed to address it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
