This top level 3-bedroom condominium is located in the Indian Summer Condos complex of Ocean Sands in Section F. It has access to a community pool and a short walk to the beach is roughly 500 feet away on a wooden boardwalk. It is close to grocery stores, eateries, shopping, and other fun activities in Corolla such as mini-golf, watersports, the Corolla Adventure Park (climbing & ax throwing), wild home tours, and the Historic Corolla Park featuring the Currituck Club Lighthouse. [Note: No dogs or other animals allowed in this condo.]

Striking wood paneling provides a comfortable and timeless feeling with its beach bungalow decor. The Living area has a enormous flat-screen TV and cozy seating for all family members. The couch can be converted into a Queen sleep couch if an additional bed is needed. The Dining area seats 6 and the refreshed Kitchen has new appliances and engineered-stone counter tops with a Kitchen Bar that can seat 2.

There are three bedrooms: King Master Suite has a flat-screen TV with streaming options and a private bath (not pictured). The Queen bedroom shares a hall bath (shower/tub combo). The third bedroom has 2 Twin Beds.

A sizable community pool (open Memorial Day weekend through late September) is within a short distance of the front door so look no further for your beach vacation in a prime location with plenty of local eateries and shopping opportunities to choose from during the summertime!
