The completely equipped kitchen with wrap-around bar seats six and the roomy dining room seats 10. This level features a living room room with a flat-screen TV, a screened porch, a theater room with a huge flat-screen TV, DVD, gaming system, and 5 recliners; The Washer & dryer and a half bath can also be found on this floor.

Level 2: The first Master bedroom (king) on this level has a walk-in shower and claw foot tub, flat-screen TV. Master bedroom (king) two, also with walk-in shower and a flat-screen TV is next. The third bedroom (pyramid bunk and twin) on this level features a bathroom with a shower/tub and a flat-screen TV. The game room with shuffleboard, pool table, sizable screen TV with seating area plus another half bath completes this floor.
