Located in the dunes of the 4-wheel drive area of the Outer Banks, this 46-bedroom oceanfront getaway is the ideal destination for weddings, family get-togethers, and corporate events. Spread over eleven acres of pristine oceanfront, these homes offer unparalleled luxury and comfort.

Accommodations: With a combined total of 46 bedrooms and 43 bathrooms across the three homes, we comfortably accommodate up to 102 guests. Whether you want separate spaces for the bride and groom's events or for your guests, these homes provide ample room and privacy.

Refund Policy: Please note that our reservation policy is strict. We generally do not provide refunds. However, if we can re-rent the property, we will refund the rental price minus a $3,000 service fee. This reservation is non-returnable, regardless of the booking channel’s policies. You can purchase insurance to protect your vacation investment.
Pet-Friendly: We welcome dogs (up to 3) with no additional fee or deposit required. Unfortunately, we do not allow cats.

Pool Information: The pools are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. For off-season pool requests, an additional fee of $650 per week per home applies. Please be aware that the pool may not heat properly in colder temperatures.

Getting to the home: Access: All-wheel drive cars or 4-wheel drive cars with a 7.5-inch clearance will bring you directly to the home. 2-Wheel Drive Vehicles: No worries! We have an offsite parking spot for you. Park your car there and have your family/group bring you to the home. A tow from the sand costs $400 and consumes vacation time, so a 2WD car is not recommended. We cover parking costs for up to 9 cars for week-long bookings. We have parking for about 20-25 cars at the property. Shuttle Service: If needed, we can provide you with reliable vendor contact information for a shuttle service to get to the home.
