Finding the right roomy vacation home for your group can seem like a daunting task. Then tack on a preference of 5-star amenities in a low-key, but locally vibrant beach town -- now you really have a difficult search on your hands. We've just made it simple for you with 'Searenity'! This 5 bedroom, 3 bath home located in the striking town of Corolla is ideal for a family who wants to be able to play in the home just as much as on the beach. Even your playful pups (under 50lbs) can tag along and join in on all the fun! Take a 3-min. walk to the end of the street and you'll arrive at the nearest public beach access. And beginning in 2024, be sure to take a dip in the Private Pool.*

As you enter the ground level of Searenity, you'll find a pyramid bunk room with a trundle bed that your little ones will surely appreciate! After a long day of play and a scrumptious seafood dinner, round up the kids for some more fun, laughs, and memorable memories in the home rec room with a pool table, wet bar, and TV! The mid-level holds a master king bedroom with a master bath and an exceptional ocean view. There's also a queen bedroom and a bunk bedroom with 2 bunk sets. These two rooms share a cavernous hall bath with double vanity. Feel complimentary to remind your group to pack lightly, if they wish, since the mid-level has a laundry room for washes during your stay. The wraparound mid-level covered porch will allow a cool breeze to flow over your face and through your hair as you gander at the majestic OBX sunset.

As you make your way to the top level, you'll first gaze upon the impressive cathedral ceilings in the living room. Many rooms in the home boast handsome wood paneling that extends halfway up the walls -- a modern, upgraded take on a classic beach shack ambiance. The kitchen walls are painted in a relaxing salmon color with striking art on the walls to complement the oceanside aesthetic of the home. The dining area has an additional long table with seating for 8. Venture through the dining area door and you'll find the screened-in porch, where you can escape the sun and still feel the ocean winds. The porch leads to the top-level sun deck -- an ideal spot for watching an OBX sunrise over the Atlantic with your morning cup o' joe. You can also gaze upon this pretty view from the top-level king master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a hottub tub!

Here, you'll have a plethora of options for how to spend your days! Corolla's handsome beach is just a short walk away. Or you can take advantage of the community pool, tennis courts, and many other amenities of the Crown Point Community. Later, head home, rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower, and relax your aches and cares away in the warm, bubbly Hot Tub, located on the mid-level porch. And beginning in 2024, savor the luxury of your own Private Pool* for days of countless fun.

Historic Town with Natural Beauty
You'll relish in the local history one day and relax on the broad, unobstructed beaches the next when you stay in the beautiful town of Corolla! On the northern beaches, you can go on a 4x4 tour to discover the Corolla Wild horses in their natural habitat and then stop by the Wild Horse Fund museum to learn about their origin. For another adventure, stop by the Corolla Adventure Park to test your endurance on an aerial obstacle course. Kids will adore the go-kart racing at Corolla RaceWay. Spend the day shopping by the close by TimBuck II Shopping Village with plenty of dining options for when you get hungry such as Mike Dianna's Grille Room, La Dolce Vita, North Banks Restaurant & Raw Bar, Big Buck's Homemade Ice Cream, and Mama Easley's—just to name a few! Located in Corolla, this vacation home is near the beach. Corolla Adventure Golf and Bumper Cars and The Sanderling Spa are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Corolla Raceway and Outer Banks Center for Wildlife Education. Nor'Banks Sailing and Digger's Dungeon - Home of Grave Digger are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at Currituck restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months.
  • Owners sometimes offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if special offers are available for your group.
  • Booking websites usually offer customers an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which generally will cost you anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional fuel expenses.   • Walk through the property one final time and look for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take photos and video of the rental to record its condition.
