This vacation home offers everything you and your family could want from amazing location, beautiful vistas, an elevator, private pool, private beach access and the rec room with foosball and pool table! This home has it all and your family will want to return every year!
Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a completely gated private pool with hot tub, gas grille, outside showers and foot wash and beach access. Inside you'll find an ELEVATOR to all levels and the rec room complete with pool table, foosball table, sizable flat-screen TV, Blu-Ray DVD, game table seating 2, pub table seating 4 and a kitchenette with sink, dishwasher, microwave and full sized refrigerator. This room is ideal for access from the pool area, which is completely gated off from the home for additional security with little ones. From the Recroom you can access a fenced patio area gated from the private pool with an outside shower and access to a full bathroom from the rec room and the patio area. Rounding out this level are 2 King Master Bedrooms both with TVs, tiled bathrooms and double vanities, one with deck access. The 2 car garage is the ideal place to store your beach gear!

Linens and towels included at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
SPARKLE CLUB: Guests will be able to arrive at their vacation home at 12:00 pm with access to the first level of the home and the pool area only (be advised the pool and spa may not be cleaned by noon, if the home offers a private pool). Please do not attempt to go to any other level in your vacation home until the housekeeping team has finished their work OR 4:00 pm check in time.
