Welcome to Claddagh Condo!

This comfortable 3-bedroom, 3-bath townhome is attractively located in Sealoft Village of Ocean Sands. A super short walk to either the beach, pool will make everybody in the family happy :) Golf, dining, and shopping are all a short drive away!

The open-concept living area features plenty of space to relax, with multiple outdoor decks and porches to savor the sun or shade. The entirely-outfitted kitchen flows into the family room, with an island for casual meals and painless access to a sundeck for outdoor seating. Additional amenities include a washer/dryer, carport with covered tandem parking, and an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach.

*Note: If you want to bring your pet, we allow modest pups! :) (fee applies per pet)

The cleaning crew will be on site until 4pm. You can use the community amenities, outdoor shower, and beach access.


Please note: If you have allergies or dislike sea grass, humid climates, flowering shrubs, sea mist, sand, rain, wind, sand crabs, surfers, kayakers, bikers, kids having fun, and dogs....then our place may not be a good fit for you. If not, we welcome you to stay at our luxury beach home!

Note: We recommend guests purchase travel insurance if traveling during hurricane season.

When booking a reservation you give us permission to use a third-event to screen your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be supplied by the property co-host. You may receive an e-mail to complete your screening.

Tips for getting the best Currituck rental experience:

When to book & When to go:

  • Reserve your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer rentals during Winter holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Booking your Currituck vacation rental in the Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable homes. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Currituck vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • Owners sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans. Make sure to check with your host or property manager to see if special discounts are available for your group before you book.
  • Property management companies usually offer guests an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for details.
  • Look for your local Currituck area magazine when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental home doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local shops and visitor centers. In addition to great information, travel guide magazines have discounts for nearby attractions, tours, restaurants, and shops.

  • First, have your family commit to a vacation week and a spending budget.

  • Specific descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts is generally accessible on booking websites. If they are not listed, contact the host before you book the home. Remember that most listings specify the max. guest capacity, which often includes sofa beds. You will need to determine what bed configuration is suitable for your family.
  • If your group is traveling with pets, you must book a property that allows animals. Make sure to ask for specifics on breed, size, and type requirements. Some property managers charge additional pet fees.
  • Visiting for a single attraction or event? Try a map search to browse nearby rentals.
  • Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for those with limited mobility. Remember to confirm all necessary amenities are included before booking

  • Lock your rental home while you're out. Protect your property!
  • During check-in, record any damages to the property and immediately contact the host. Keep records of all correspondence in case a dispute arises.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like disagreeable visitors bothering your peaceful home life. Employ the golden rule for best judgement. If they like you, locals might even recommend great beaches and scenic spots you would've not otherwise known!
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Local residents can often help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to go for the best drinks, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for crabbing?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, take a walk through the rental property to make sure you've collected everything. Re-check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Please make sure to walk through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the host is not available, ensure that you take video of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did your group have a fantastic time? Most rental home management companies make it easy for customers to provide feedback. If your property and/or property manager was great, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was imperfect and they failed to address it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
