This comfortable 3-bedroom, 3-bath townhome is attractively located in Sealoft Village of Ocean Sands. A super short walk to either the beach, pool will make everybody in the family happy :) Golf, dining, and shopping are all a short drive away!

The open-concept living area features plenty of space to relax, with multiple outdoor decks and porches to savor the sun or shade. The completely-supplied kitchen flows into the family room, with an island for casual meals and painless access to a sundeck for outdoor seating. Additional amenities include a washer/dryer, carport with covered tandem parking, and an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach.

The cleaning crew will be on site until 4pm. You can use the community amenities, outdoor shower, and beach access.


Please note: If you have allergies or dislike sea grass, humid climates, flowering shrubs, sea mist, sand, rain, wind, sand crabs, surfers, kayakers, bikers, kids having fun, and dogs....then our place may not be a good fit for you. If not, we welcome you to stay at our luxury beach home!

• Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer vacation rentals during Winter holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• June, July, and August are high season in Corolla. Book your rental property in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons to get the benefit of beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Currituck vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your group qualifies for a reduced rate.
• Property management companies frequently offer renters an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses.
