Sun King II offers the best of both worlds; a roomy and comfortable beach home in the untamed, 4x4 area of Carova Beach! Feel the Outer Banks the way people did years ago! No roads, no distractions, no complications - just miles of pretty coastline.

This great home offers a wide-open, top-level design with expansive vistas of the ocean. The home elevator stands ready on your arrival to help you move all your suitcases, and groceries into the home.

After you get settled in after your long ride, sit and relax on the top deck and take in the unobstructed vistas of the Atlantic Ocean. Then take a walk to the dunetop gazebo and watch the waves roll in. Keep an eye out for wild horses or dolphins playing in the surf… be sure to bring your favorite drink for this timeout!

Your first full vacation day is probably beach day so pack up the body boards, sunscreen, and of course… the cooler! Have a seat and take in a deep breath of the fresh ocean air and allow the stresses of life to melt away. After you had your fill of beach time, head back to the home for a dip in the pool and a nice calming session in the hot tub. The happy hour bell rings about now so... who’s making the margaritas? And when the appetite begins to peak, throw some food on the grille... everything always seems to taste better at the beach!

And after a long day of activities, settle into your private bedroom suite, prop yourself up in the bed, and stream one of your favorite shows or movies. All bedrooms feature huge screen Intelligent TVs! Hulu TV and WiFi services are supplied.

The pristine northern beaches are a short walk out of your back door (roughly 50 feet). Carova is acclaimed for wide, clean beaches - some of the most splendid on the OBX. Keep an eye out for wild horses grazing or dolphins playing in the surf!

Private pool can be heated for a $450 fee per week.

This property is pet-friendly. There is an additional charge for guests bringing family pets, which will be added and collected after booking. Pet costs range from $161-231 depending on the property, and will be assessed state and local taxes.

Parking passes are required to park on the beach from April 29th to October 7th.
