An Outer Banks vacation is waiting for you at the Cozy Condo OBX! Located in Indian Summer condos, this is an end unit with 3 bedrooms and is oceanside in Corolla. The freshly decked community pool is available May- September, and is just across from the tennis courts available all year! This is our home away from home to savor family time at the beach, and we want to share that with you! New for 2022 is floor and new bathroom vanities, new sectional and dining room table.

The home offers keyless entry, wireless internet access, and Intelligent TVs. The kitchen is outfitted so you can prepare your meals here, and there is a deck with plenty of shade and a picnic table for meals outside.

Bedrooms and bathrooms: queen main bedroom with private bathroom, queen bedroom that shares a full bath off the hallway with a third bedroom with two bunk beds. Each room has a Intelligent TV. Each bed includes pillows, bed pads, and comforters.

Guests will need to bring or rent: bed linens, bath, and beach towels

A Welcome Basket to get you started on your first day will be supplied, but additional items will/may need to be purchased.

Since the condo is on the second floor, there are numerous sets of stairs to climb to get to the unit. It will only take five mins. to get to the beach; please note that there is a tall multistep stairway over the dunes for beach access.

Shopping, dining, and entertainment: Harris Teeter grocery store is across the street, within walking distance, as well as Duck Donuts, Off The Wall Tap House, Pizzazz Pizza, Island Smoothie, Urban Kitchen, Wild Horse Adventure Tours, and Corolla Bait & Tackle. Golfers will appreciate the Currituck Club’s location, also across the street.

Extra Notes: all rental periods are from Friday (arrive 4 pm) to Friday (depart 10 am) The security deposit is $300. You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your event during your stay. The cleaning fee is $175.

The use of the property is restricted to use by You and Your family. A “family” means parents, grandparents, kids, and extended family members visiting at the property. For example, the use of the property by fraternities, sororities, groups under the age of 24, or unrelated groups is prohibited.

About the Area

Located near the beach, this condo is in Ocean Sands, a neighborhood in Corolla. Outer Banks Center for Wildlife Education and Wild Horse Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Corolla Adventure Golf and Bumper Cars and The Sanderling Spa. Corolla Raceway and Nor'Banks Sailing are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

  • June, July, and August are high season in Corolla. Booking a rental in Spring or Fall is a great way to save money on your vacation home.
