2024 Updates supplied a Beach Storage Box at the beach: (Mid may to Mid September) You'll find a beach storage box on the beach to the right of the beach access to store your beach items all week long! Totally redesigned pool cabana area for better outdoor spaces around the private pool and a a new dry deck system on the 2nd floor deck! 2023 Updates supplied new great room furnishings, new kitchen appliances, new interior and exterior paint, the addition of 3 new bedrooms and 3 new bathrooms and an outdoor covered cabana area overlooking freshly resurfaced pool with new pool heater. The covered cabana will have outdoor seating, ceiling fans, and a 65 inch TV.

Outside shower to clean yourself off before cooling off in the pool. New covered cabana area created under the existing 2nd floor deck above. Outdoor seating, dining table, and flat screen TV. Lastly, off of the pool is the access to the short, shared private walkway (shared with the neighboring home) to the striking Buck Island beach. Inside you'll find the center section of the lower level serves as a second huge sitting and entertainment area with huge flat-screen TV, Driving Race car and Mrs. Pac-Man arcade games and a bumper pool table. The conveniently placed kitchenette area with a 3rd full size refrigerator, sink and microwave is only steps away from the outside getaway. Walk directly out to the covered cabana, hot tub/pool, and walkway to the ocean. A half bathroom is located off of the sitting area. The lower-level bedroom configuration is designed to offer ultimate flexibility for all sizable gatherings. There are 4 bedrooms on this level with 3 full bathrooms. King Bedroom, Bedroom with 2 Queens, Bedroom with 2 Doubles and a Bedroom with 2 DuoBunks (Single over Full) and 1 Bunk Set.

Mid Level: The primary entrance to the home is found on this level from the ample parking on front & side of the home. The mid-level is the core of the home with regard to bedrooms, featuring 5 King Master Bedrooms each with 55" flat-screen TV and private bathroom. Laundry area with enormous capacity washer and dryer.

Top Level: The top-level great room features a roomy living room with 2 large sectional couches and an 85' TV. Giant dining table with seating for 14, bar top seating for 6, and seating for 4 at another table. Deck access off great room with additional seating overlooking the ocean. Cooks will appreciate the well-appointed kitchen with 2 ranges, double ovens, 2 fridges, 2 microwaves, 2 dishwashers and the always coveted 50 lbs. ice maker. Half bathroom off the great room. Oversized King Master Bedroom suite with private bathroom.

Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are included. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Beach Storage Box at the beach: (Mid may to Mid September) You'll find a beach storage box on the beach to the right of the beach access to store your beach items all week long! More information on the exact location and code lock will be in the property. Only need to bring down your chairs and beach items one time and no more lugging them back each day.

Sticking to your budget:

  • Summer is high season in Corolla. To find the largest rental within budget, we recommend reserving in Fall or Spring months. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite Currituck restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer.
  • The sooner your group can book, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are booked very early. Reserving your vacation rental 6-12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your rental.
