The sizable, 30 ft. in ground, freshwater pool with adjacent hot tub and giant, enclosed backyard with grille guarantees a stay filled with delightful activities or just simple serenity.

Ocean vistas can be seen best from the top floor kitchen, great room and dining areas. Preparing meals is a snap in this well-equipped kitchen that features a 14 ft. granite island, 2 enormous fridges (with filtered, freshwater dispensers) and plenty of cabinet space. Unwind and savor sunrise and sunsets on the cavernous deck and screened in porch. The top floor also includes a master bedroom (king) with private bath and slider-deck access.

Going downstairs, a versatile split level, full bath with tub/shower combination is meant for sharing. Continuing downstairs the middle-floor features deluxe accommodations with 2 master bedrooms (kings) including full baths, and a stand-alone bedroom (king), all with slider-deck access.
