The sports bar is equipped with a sink, dishwasher, standalone icemaker, wine cooler, and a full-sized refrigerator. Watching multiple shows on TV at once doesn't require you to flip back and forth in this rec room, there are two mounted flatscreen TVs available and seating nearby for both. Pocket doors separate the theater from the rest of the rec room, which allows for the room to be quiet for movie watchers (DVD player located here), or open to the rest of the festivities. Bedding on the ground floor includes one queen with private bath, and two bunk rooms that share a full bath. One of the bunk rooms has two twin bunksets, the other has one twin bunkset.Outside, you will enjoy a fully fenced yard that has a private pool (with the option to be heated for an additional fee), a hot tub, and ample deck space. The kitchen is equipped with a double sink, refrigerator, a Keurig, microwave, two dishwashers, a standalone icemaker, glass top stove, and a double oven. The kitchen island offers extra space to prep food and bar seating for six. Alongside the kitchen is a separate dining room that has an elongated dining table, as well as an additional dining table that looks out to the east to provide even more seating for the members of your group. Seating for 24 is available between the multiple dining areas. The many windows bring in an abundance of natural light making it a great spot to enjoy any meal with your group.
