Lovingly decorated in shades of deep blue and bright yellow mirroring the colors of the ocean and sun, this light and roomy beachfront home has all the features you're dreamin’ of! Awesome ocean vistas, comfortable furnishings, and tons of extras including an elevator. It’s a dream come true! The HOA offers trolley service from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Ground Level: Has a huge rec room with drink table style arcade game, wet bar with full size refrigerator and ice maker, TV/DVD, movies and books and comfortable seating. There is also a main bedroom with 2 Singles, the laundry and a half bath. Outside you can take in a game of ping pong in the carport.

Mid Level: Offers 2 main bedrooms, both with ocean view, deck access, and TV/DVD; one with whirlpool tub and tiled walk-in shower. There is a Queen main bedroom with TV/DVD and deck access, and a main bedroom with 2 Duobunks with TV/DVD, ocean view and deck access.

Top Level: The great room affords marvelous ocean vistas from any vantage point and features a gas fireplace, a complete entertainment center, and tons of upsized cozy seating to savor it all. The dining table seats 12, the well-equipped kitchen has 2 dishwashers and 4 stools at the counter, while the adjacent sunroom has a smaller table seating 4 and additional upsized seating. Another King main bedroom with single sleep couch, whirlpool tub and tiled walk-in shower, gas fireplace, TV/DVD deck access and impressive ocean view completes this level.

Find your perfect vacation home:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Currituck area. To find the largest rental within budget, we suggest reserving in Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Currituck vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacations during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host if your group qualifies for a price reduction.

  • At departure, complete a final walk-through to confirm you haven't forget any personal items. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Please make sure to walk through the property a final time and scan for any damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the host is not available, remember to take pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
