Located on the North side of the handsome Currituck club, OBX Rays is a luxury sound front home offering many amenities, multiple gathering spots, enormous bedrooms and opulent furnishings. Walk through the front door and experience the ideal set up for family fun! The kitchen, family and living room are on the first floor and look out onto a shining pool, a huge deck with an outdoor dining table, hot tub and a new screened in porch! Unwind in multiple shady areas and appreciate the unobstructed sound view! The home offers a private pool deck with a heated pool upon request. The doors are also armed with pool alarms to keep your kids safe! There is also a first floor master bedroom for those with mobility issues.

This unique and refreshed home can conveniently sleep three families. Upstairs find 3 additional bedrooms. The king master upstairs has a huge black granite bathroom with a shower and a clawfoot tub. Walk out of the upstairs bedrooms and savor the sunset beverage lounge and upper deck for calming after a day at the beach or stores!

After the sunsets, head to the game room for a round of pool, watching sports on the the streaming TV (local channels found on the spectrum app) or just relaxing on another private deck overlooking the sound. A third refrigerator is located in the game room for all your frosty beverages or grocery overflow!

An apartment is the 5th and final bedroom. It is located above the garage and accessible only from inside the main home. It includes its own bathroom, refrigerator, dining table, tv, microwave and dishwasher. It’s also a great place to have a sleepover for all the kids!

The home also has multiple tables for playing cards and doing puzzles. Savor a cabinet full of games, DVD's, and puzzles for your enjoyment!

The Currituck club has a golf club, multiple community pools, tennis, pickle ball, a gym, tennis courts and a complimentary trolley to the close by beach. Great for cycling, running and walking.

At the front of the neighborhood is a Harris Teeter and some of the best eateries and donuts in the area.
