MILO's WAVES is located in the highest dune in Ocean Sands D. This home offers the most gorgeous ocean vistas despite its 3rd row location. People have claimed that this home has the most exceptional view of the ocean (160 degrees of unobstructed vistas) in Ocean Sands. Appreciate your coffee in the morning watching the sunrise while sitting in the living room, out on the deck, in the dining room, or kitchen. End each day with sunsets viewed from the kitchen, top master bedroom, or even from the middle floor.
MILO'S WAVES is a short 1-2 min. walk to the beach - just 50 yards to the nearest beach access. In close proximity to all that Corolla has to offer, including golf, shopping, and multiple eateries. The Harris Teeter is a convenient half-mile to the north.
